  {His birthday was 8 days before. The watch was his present.}

{lucky sixpence wedding cuff links - especially nice
since we had just moved to London}

{DIY Japanese mizuhiki knot and freesia boutonniere - his was silver,
all the other boys had gold knots}

The Bride

 {something new - the dress was Alencon lace with a sash.
The sash reminded me of a dress my great
grandmother made for my mother to wear for the
Natchez Spring Pilgrimage when she was little girl}

{pink shoes ;-)}

{something old - my great grandmother's earrings}

{something borrowed from my mom - her mother's ring}

{something blue - especially made for the occasion bespoke
